Athletics art design collective
Athletics is a design collective, as they call themselves, formed by some of today’s brightest talents in their fields. Well that’s a strong statement, but when you see their work you understand why they state it. Especially I have been impressed with their great iconographic works for Good Magazine. Another thing that I liked was their simple clean style website for their portfolio. Getting rid of all unnecessary elements in web design is one of the trends that I’m liking best. That doesn’t mean that I don’t like stylish overloaded designs, but for a portfolio or a service website, I think it’s better to save the pixel. Back to Athletics, their web design section also haves some nice work, but sometimes there is bit too much flash for my liking.
