Hydroponic HAUP Contest at Jovoto
The HAUP, that stands for The Hydroponic Artsy Urban Project has just started in the jovoto platform. The community is presenting some really cool stuff already, but there is still time until the 23rd of July.
What they want from you is that you design the next winter collection 09/10 for Hydroponic. A surf, snow and skate brand form Spain that has been going since year 2000.
The reward is really interesting, you can win a 1st prize of $1000 (650€), a 2nd of $500 (325€) and 4 more of $250 (160€). But if you design is chosen, even if you won the 1st prize, you’ll get an extra $250 (160€) form Hydroponic for the rights to print it.
It’s a really nice inactive by Hydroponic though it proves that they are willing to try new stuff. Just like in their communication. Examples would be the Hydroponic Banner they did for the WSS contest, and the advertising they did for magazines that won a Silver Sun in the San Sebastian Festival.
